I understand and agree that my participation in this event is governed by the following terms. 

I agree that my participation in these events is without assumption of responsibility of any kind by Insight Media (“IM”). In consideration of, and as a condition of acceptance of my application, for and on behalf of myself, my heirs, and legal representatives forever release, and discharge said companies and sponsors and their representatives from any and all claims and demands of every kind which I may suffer directly or indirectly about this live event.

I have provided IM my cell phone number and email address. I consent to receiving appointment reminders and other communications/information at that email and/or text from IM.

I further understand that the tools and techniques provided on the website and at the event are confidential and proprietary. A license to attend this event is being provided to me for my personal use and benefit strictly for educational purposes. For valuable consideration I further agree that I will not (i) take any photographs of the event or presentation other than as specifically agreed in writing; (ii) record or otherwise use any media to record any portion of this event; (iii) I agree that I will not publicly disclose any information about the event other than my participation in any manner or form whatsoever including but not limited to personal blogs, reporting about my event in any public or private media, discussing the particulars of the event with third parties.

By attending this event I agree and acknowledge that after this workshop, I will not for any reason be guaranteed any kind of monetary refund, trade, compensation or rebate. It is understood this content is given with no expectation of compensation for said use.

I understand that no personal audio recording or video recording is allowed. I acknowledge that Alaa ElAwar or any affiliate company is not acting as my agent, personal accountant, lawyer or financial advisor. I understand that the content provided is general in nature and that specific advice for my situation must be provided by my personal attorney and/or tax advisor.

By registering for an event, I agree to adhere to the federal, state, and county guidelines in place at the time of the event, which are subject to change.

With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, hereby forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Alaa ElAwar, ________________ any related entity, its members, officers, agents, servants, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my family or any third party related to COVID-19 or other injury/disease whether caused by the acts, omissions, and/or negligence of the Released Parties, any third-party at Activities, facilities, or otherwise, while participating in any Activity. I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Released Parties, its board members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in Activity.

PHOTOGRAPHY AGREEMENT AND LICENSE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

These terms and conditions govern our agreement. The terms in initial capitals have the meanings assigned to them above. Your use of the Products signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

We agree to provide you with the Products. If you have paid us in full, you have the Rights to use the Products. You agree that the Rights to use the Products have been granted only to you. You agree not to transfer, assign or sublicense your Rights to use the Products, or the photographs contained therein, to anyone without our written permission. All domain hosting by Insight must be renewed after one full year to avoid being deactivated. After a year has expired an option to renew or purchase will be offered.

 

You agree that we will remain the owners of all the copyrights in the Products. ALL CONTENT ARE THE COPYRIGHT OF THE COMPANY. This agreement does not transfer copyright to you. You agree we reserve all rights not granted to you by this agreement. If we discover that someone is infringing on our copyright you agree to cooperate with us to help us stop the infringement or collect damages.

 

However, your Rights do not permit third-parties to copy, display or distribute our photographs for the purpose of providing services competitive with the Products you have purchased from us unless we give you our written permission.

 

If anyone asks you for any of your Rights to the Products, you agree to refer them to us. If we agree to allow others to use the Products an additional licensing fee may be required. We agree not to use the Products in a way that interferes with your Rights. We have the right to use any and all original material in anyway seen fit. A discount may apply, at the sole discretion of Team Insight relating to any agreement in part to positively share the success of the project - in review, testimony, or referral.

 

All sales are final, as reshoots are done for 50% of the original total price. We are not responsible for any obstructions such as but not limited to: Trees, buildings, lighting, weather, and/or any other object or occurrence that interferes with the paid product. If the property is unprepared, or is not ready for the Estate photography shoot either reschedule or refrain from purchasing our service, as paying this invoice concludes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions statement.
